Wood Moisture Meter MT-900

The MT-700, an upgraded model of the conventional device, is newly equipped with calibration curves named "broadleaf" and "coniferous."

The moisture value can be adjusted between -9.9% and +9.9% to match the management conditions, allowing it to be adapted to actual circumstances. The MT-900 is a higher model than the conventional MT-700, equipped with new calibration curves named "broadleaf" and "coniferous." By using these calibration curves, it can cover a wide measurement range from low moisture to high moisture, specifically 6% to 80% for broadleaf and 7% to 80% for coniferous. Additionally, it is possible to recall the 16 types of conventional species-specific calibration curves. Furthermore, it is equipped with a printer output terminal, allowing connection to an optional printer to retain measurement data.

Wood Moisture Meter HM-520

Wood Moisture Meter HM-520

This is a handy high-frequency moisture meter that can be easily used on-site. It is equipped with thickness correction and wood species density correction, allowing it to measure most types of wood.

The operation involves setting the correction dials for tree species, specific gravity, thickness, and temperature in advance, and then simply pressing it against the surface of the wood. The built-in microcontroller automatically performs correction calculations and computes the moisture value. With a measurement range of 2 to 150%, it can be used for moisture measurement of various types of wood and plywood. Additionally, it is equipped with an alarm setting function that sounds a buzzer when measuring wood with moisture content above the set level. It also supports sorting and finishing inspections according to moisture standards. Furthermore, the HM-520 has passed the evaluation tests of the Japan Housing and Wood Technology Center, earning high trust.

Wood Moisture Meter DT-129

This is an electric resistance moisture meter that is optimal for measuring the moisture content of wood (timber/lumber/boards) categorized into seven types based on wood density, according to the type of wood being measured.

It can be done with a 2-pin electrode sensor or the included external moisture sensor. A temperature sensor for temperature correction is also included, and by using the temperature sensor in conjunction, automatic temperature correction for moisture is possible. Additionally, when using the temperature sensor, the temperature will also be displayed, allowing the DT-129 to be used as a digital thermometer.
